Production Since 1999, Platinum has been operating 5 fully-working polymer production line with the following specifications:

Though not the biggest, our 20,000 m² facility provides more than enough to compete in the market.
12,000 MT annual capacity, fully-automated production line with semi-automatic and manual bail-out systems. This is more than enough to establish our position in the high-end market segment.
In-house power and utility generation.
State-of-the-art waste management. Though enforcement in Indonesia with regards to environmental impact is still behind, our processed wastewater-supplied fish pond is a testament to our wastewater treatment plant quality.

While many competitors claim to invest a lot in research and development, none of them has technical knowledge as advanced as our team. Our team consisted of PhDs, Masters, from renowned universities in Indonesia and the world, operating our well-funded research facilities. Platinum employs wide-range of polymerization methods including: solution, bulk, solid-phase, emulsion, controlled sol-gel processes, group transfer polymerization, transition metal catalysis, living anionic polymerization, living cationic polymerization, ring opening polymerization, ring-opening metathesis polymerization (ROMP), and controlled radical polymerization.
